Google Advertisements Account Managers Shouldn’t Contact Clients Straight

There are a growing variety of reports across the web of Google Advertisements accounts supervisors threatening to contact clients straight, regardless of not being permitted to.

According to the reports, firms who don’t react to e-mails from Google Ads account supervisors are being consulted with threats from Google associates to contact clients directly.

In many cases, the Google Advertisements account supervisors call customers and inform them to drop their firms.

There are two things to explain here:

  1. Agencies are not needed to speak with Google reps
  2. At no point needs to a Google Advertisements account manager call a company’s client

Nevertheless, these reports are becoming more frequent.

Throughout October, reports distributed on Reddit of Google reps participating in similar practices. One Reddit user posted a screenshot of an email gotten by a Google Advertisements Account

Strategist, which checks out: “I am composing to you one last time as a courtesy, since my honest goal is to provide you

value and innovative methods with google ads and deal with you carefully, to help you save time and make your customers more successful with google ads, hence I am contacting you for the last time to notify you that if I do not reach you, I will presume that you are not getting my emails and will get in touch with the customers that I have been appointed directly.”Another Reddit user has nearly the exact same story, saying they

‘ve been “harassed”with day-to-day e-mails from a Google Ads associate to get on a call and carry out campaign modifications. Again, agencies aren’t obliged to talk to Google associates or execute modifications customers aren’t requesting.
